I have 1 land turtle and 2 aquatic turles. I have to say this was exactly what i was looking for. Great machine and my turtles love to bask under it. Doesnt come with its own bulbs but make sure you get goods one cuz mine went out quick.

I have an Australian blue toung skink in a 55gal squared aquarium. this suits his needs perfectly remember to buy the bulbs because they are not included. we paired this with a heat rock..because it does not keep the tank the recomended 100deg. However it is very convient and sits right on top of the screen top of my tank without melting or damageing the screen. the switches are easy to use and alternate from heat to uv light and the cords are very long which allowed us to leave the tank where it was.

This light arrived in perfect condition and we were able to put it right to use. The cost was almost $10 less than at local vendors and that included the price of shipping. Will buy again from this vendor for future needs.

I needed a low priced lighting unit for my turtles ten gallon aquarium. I did not want to spend a fortune on a light for a tank I knew they would quickly outgrow. This double light allows for one heat bulb and a compact fluorescent UV bulb to be used in the same fixture.
