LOVE this. I have had several travel water bowls for my mastiffs and this is my favorite. It is large enough to fit a good amount of water, yet small enough that it dries quickly and packs nicely. It also came with a hook so it attaches right on my belt or pack when hiking. I love this bowl!!! cannot say enough.

Bowl seems good enough. For $5 I really can't complain too much. It seems smaller than 48oz, but I have not measured it. The whole bowl is about the size of my Lab's mouth, so it will take some training to get him to drink from it. I left water in it overnight to see if it leaked, by the morning the bowl was moist on the outside but hadn't lost much fluid and didn't leave any puddles.

The bowl works good and compacts well to fit into my dogs back pack. Its well made. The only down side is it takes a long time to dry out when wet, but it has a clip so I can clip it to the outside of his pack until its dry enough to go inside

My bowl held water the first couple of times I used it, but even then it slowly saturated the bowl. After a few uses though, I may as well pour water into a sieve. It's now downgraded to a dry food bowl only!
